• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ck789's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the Member's Account at any time. The consequences of termination depend on the circumstances:

Voluntary Closure by the Member: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ck789 customer support. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance in your Wallet will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon account closure.

Closure by ck789: ck789 may suspend or permanently close an Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Submission of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• A determination that the Member is a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
